the other song that I got into was
LYNYRD SKYNYRD - Sweet Home Alabama
Give them a listen!
My portfolios continue to excel. I have not had any transactions all week. Here is where my 4 MFI tranches stand, beating the indices by a whopping 7 points!

The Chinese gaming stocks (GA and CYOU for me) really seem to be gaining traction. Another one (GAME, which I mentioned here (MFI Diary: Made In China) was up about 17% yesterday and still looks cheap at $5.25 to me.
A Big Regret
Well, about a month ago I decided to pare down my number of stocks a bit in my dividend portfolio. I sold ABR and NEM and put the money into INTC, CIM and FCX (essentially adding to those positions). Since I did that, CIM has gone from 2.98 to 3.10 (inclusive of a nine cent dividend). ABR has gone from 6.05 to 7.38.
To me, that is like those AT&T commercials with the kids, "which is better slower or faster?".
"Which is better, a 3% gain or a 22% gain?"
Have a great Friday everyone!!
