August 23rd Addendum - Discretionary Portfolio

When I went back and re-read my blog, I saw the discretionary portfolio was off in a few spots. I had not subtracted GTAT shares and somewhere along the way I had missed 10,000 RIOM shares getting allocated to that portfolio. Finally I fixed the TSL for capping at $13.
