Closest Since 2/28/08

I am now within 13% of breakeven, the closest I have been since 2/28/08, and let me say it has been a roller-coaster since then.

• TC - was up over 7% on their announcement yesterday of increasing production and outlook.
• CDII - was up 18% as 2.8m shares traded hands versus the normal 374k. Even with that push, they are only 73% of BV.
• CSKI - I guess the blatent short, who has been blasting the company (China Sky, Takasima and Massage Chairs: A Tangled Web) could not have been happy today as it shot up 15% on 5x normal volume. Look for another negative article shortly.
• WH was up 9% also on 5x normal volume. I wonder why so many shares of these firms were being traded today?
  

The only thing that kept it from being a fantastic day was QXM, which was down 10%. I did add a bit to my VM, CHCG and PFE positions today and opened a small position in FRX when it dropped 4%.

I am considering taking profits on TC. I know I haven't held the full year, but I am up 196% since 11/10 and TC is easily my most profitable MFI stock ever and is a large reason I am now up 125% from my low last November.

Here is how my hypothetical all-China portfolio has fared since I started in in Mid September. Note ADY and XIN. Also note it is up 51% while Russell 3000 is down 25%.
