- The stocks I sold are up a paltry 1.3%.
- The stocks I kept are up an unpaltry 13.7%.
- The Russell 3000 is up 10.5%
- My overall MFI is up 18.9%!
The answer is that I took the sold proceeds and re-invested back into MFI into better stocks at opportune times.
Anyhow, "it is fun to have fun" as the Cat in the Hat said. And it has been more fun of late. I am seriouslt sonsidering the sale of VALU after the 30% move these past two days. I also have a chunk of my CMFO coming up for sale at the end of the week. Not sure whether to fortify current positions, buy AZN or do something completely different. Here is my current portfolio:
