I was paging through earnings reports this evening and saw of my former MFI stocks (RGR) posting a most excellent quarter on higher gun sales (Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. Reports Third Quarter Earnings of 32¢ Per Share). Reminds me of the cartoon when the public was angry over Wall
Street bonuses. Anyway, RGR fits my MFI/Dividend stock profile. I thought it would be interesting (and fun) to look how RGR has done in my tracking portfolios. And to meet the title, I will look at FTD as well!Hmmm, together they show up a snappy 27 times in my data base. And let us just say "Everything is coming up Roses!" if you had gone that route with an average annual gain of greater than 22%.

For some reason, RGR is down over 2% today. I'll never understand the market. (I bought RGR a couple of weeks ago).
