Not that I am complaining, but what is going on with VNCE? It is starting to feel like KBIO! On a dreadful day for the market, VNCE just went up and up on no news that I saw.
So it went up 15% over the day. And look at the spike in volume after 3 pm (bottom right). Weird right?
So this week:
Monday: $4.25 to $5.18 (volume 1.9m)
Tuesday: $5.18 to $5.80 (volume 1.6m)
Today: $5.80 to $6.67 (volume 5.1m)
It is certainly helping my Nov 15 tranche:

So has it just become a momentum stock, that will crash and burn just as fast as it went parabolic? Or is something going on (like a LBO)?
Well, given the size of VNCE - I suspect this is a momentum play. Which will be sad if true as I have no intent to sell (darned rules!).
