Bought SD

Just a quick note. I bought SD yesterday during Happy Hour trading at $5.89 in my discretionary portfolio.  I have bought this stock three times in past six months and all three have been quite successful.  This was a smaller purchase, call it a half size.  The catalyst was the acceptance of some board members from activist TPG.
