New(n) Stock

I did buy a new stock for my MFI portfolio yesterday, NEWN.OB. This is a stock that is not on the list, in my opinion because of size (about 45m market cap). I read about the stock from this article: (Paying Attention to U.S.-Listed Chinese Stocks ). By my calculations, the stock has a 20% earnings yield and a 162% ROIC. So it would clearly be on the list.

I did see another positive sign yesterday, it looks like someone is buying DBTK (Double-Take Software: Lowers Q1 Guidance But Shares Surge on Takeover Talk). This is an MFI stock from about a year ago. I think as long as M&A activity remains, the MFI stocks will hang in there.
