I'll keep it short today. I did start a new Blue Light Special portfolio this morning. As a reminder, there are 3 criteria for being a blue light special:

1. The stock has to be on current 100 stock / 100M list
2. The stock has to have been on the list in one of my monthly tracking portfolios over the past 12 months and
3. The stock must be down at least 15% from when it was in the tracking portfolio.
