Top 30 List - Better Valued?

Every few months I try to "score" the top 30 stocks to get a feeling whether they are "cheaper". You can't really look at averages, so I tend to focus on the median. Here are my rankings of the top 30 stocks:

Stock EY ROC EY Rank ROC Rank Sum
snta 52% 1354% 1 3 4
pdli 22% 145094% 9 1 10
qcor 18% 10939% 11 2 13

eme 23% 343% 7 15 22
solr 16% 689% 17 11 28

she 10% 199% 30 20 50
cbi 14% 99% 24 30 54

Now comparing the scores at various points in time:

Date Statistic EY ROC
January 8 2010 Median 17% 332%

Average 46% 770%
November 6th Median 16% 229%

Average 37% 588%
July 31st Median 20% 212%

Average 45% 740%
April 16th Median 27% 228%

Obviously, April 2009 was in hindsight a great time to buy. The 27% median earnings yield is off the charts. It then dropped to 20% at the end of July and 16$ in November. It has bounced back up to 17%. Interestingly, the median ROC is at the highest point. Perhaps it is still a good time to buy?

I think the stock that intrigues me when I look at the list is VCLK. I don't know that much about them, but they are right at the top.
