Happy Thankgiving Everyone!

I hope all my readers had a very happy Thanksgiving.  I know we had a great one up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.  I am up early this "Small Business Saturday" (do we really have to name every day of the long weekend?); sipping a cup of instant coffee (basic living here) and listening to the Rolling Stones.

It was a big week for my portfolios.  My dividend portfolio was up a snappy 2.6%, despite being 34% in cash.  My MFI portfolio also did very well, up just 2% yesterday.  I also made a smart move (for once) when I sold my double short ETF first thing Monday morning (I sold for 58.88, making a 6% gain, and it ended at 56.09).  I am not really sure where the market is going the rest of the year.
