Cash in Pocket

I know stocks often drop in price to offset a dividend, but it still feels like I am gaining when I got x-dividend date.  Today, I actually have 4 stocks go x-dividend: SAI, KMF, FCX and BHK. Sweet.

Then I pulled the trigger on QCOR on Tuesday at $21.64.  It was a shortly held dividend stock. I had a 13$ gain in under a week.  I was just nervous about the investigation into their marketing practives by the SEC... that rarely ends well.
