Sold CHKE

Gad, I just can't stands it no more! I sold CHKE today after a dismal earnings report. This is an MFI stock that became a dividend stock... but never did well at either. Their earnings were so poor, I think they are at risk of their second dividend cut in two year and it wasn't pretty the first time. I didn't care to be there for the second time.

I will be on the look out for something new. I will likely focus on either the pharma, consumer or chemical spaces.
