New Mechanical Stocks - Feb 13th

Two new stocks hit the top 50 screen today: MGIC and QKLS. I profiled MGIC the other day. I felt they were artificially high as they recently paid a special dividend of 50 cents, quite high for a $1.78 stock. That special dividend and cash out the door doesn't figure in their 12/31/09 financials.

QKLS is a more interesting stock to me. I actually already own them. They own a chain of supermarkets in China. In the 3rd quarter, same store sales were up 17%. Here is a look at the top 50 mechanical portfolio, still thumping the benchmarks and everything else in sight:
