The Beat Goes On

My portfolio continues to do okey-dokey. Had a huge day up on Friday. Don't have the exact numbers, but it was big. AHCI was the big winner, up 29%. It was amazing, the had stellar earnings last week, yet the stock only went back to where it had been a week or two before. So I doubled my position and then had the big increaes on Friday. My other recent cheapie stock, CKSW, also had great earnings last week (ClickSoftware Reports 31% Annual Revenue Growth and Record Net Profit for the Fourth Quarter and Year Ended December 31, 2008). They are up about 10% since then... not as much as their earnings would suggest me thinks.

I fortunately sold my HIG before their earnings on Thursday evening, I decided to take my 20% gain and run.

Still no new stocks in the top 25 since about a month ago. But my top 25 mechanical portfolio is kicking A**... in a relative sense. It is beating the S&P by 7.6%! I will likely continue my strategy of buying new ones that come on the list. One will note that the DTPI stock hit its one year, so has been "retired".

My all-Chinese portfolio is also doing well, it is down 11% whilst the IWV is down 31%. The big winners are XIN +97%, ADY +40%, CSKI + 36% and TBV +30%.
