What A Difference A Week Makes!

After lamenting about how poorly my portfolios performed in March, they have done a 180 here in April (after 5 trading days).  It is actually astonishing.

My MFI combined is up 5% for these first 5 days and the MFI Index is up 4.2%.  And my top 50 over $3b that is started this weekend is up 4.5%.

So it is pretty much across the board.  At the same time, the Russell 3000 is up 2.4%.  So definitely a great start to the month of April.

SGH did this last quarter as well.  Sold off ridiculously hard at earnings and then popped back up a lot.  CJREF announced good earnings this morning.  RTN is one stock struggling.  Not sure why they sold off.
