Another year, another MFI tranche reaches it's anniversary. I have sold GILD, OMC and GME (the three losers). I will sell HPQ and DIN on Wednesday (the two winners) to ensure they get LT CG tax treatment. I will however freeze all the stocks at today's closing prices for scorekeeping, as well as the benchmark.

That makes the 13th (hopefully not unlucky) closed tranche. I've won 7 and loss 6. Average closed tranche has been up 12.8% (benchmark up 11.0%).
Tomorrow morning I will run my filter/screen/random number generator and come up with 5 new names. I have decided to exclude GME. Perhaps an emotional decision, it has been in 7 of the 13 tranches above and you can see has struggled mightily. I am just worried about them cutting dividend and that would then be the time to buy.
