Barron's had an article about DIS/FOX merger (https://www.barrons.com/articles/new-day-for-media-stocks-with-disney-fox-deal-1513395923).
In Who Gets Acquired Next Section:
"The Fox RSN business looks similar to MSG Networks (MSGN), a pure-play New York–based RSN that has exclusive local TV rights for the New York Rangers, Knicks, and others. MSG Networks was spun off in 2015 from the company that owns the Rangers and Knicks. With Fox’s RSNs now changing hands, spurring a new wave of RSN interest, 2018 could be the year that MSG gets sold. With the Disney deal, analysts at MoffettNathanson value the Fox RSNs at 10 times Ebitda. At a similar multiple, MSG carries an enterprise value of $3.3 billion, equating to $29 a share, 45% above its recent close."
That would make me very happy as I own a pretty decent sized chunk of MSGN.
