Just two days into my new tranche, I see where WSTC is going private. But I am not happy. It is for a measly $23.50 a share. Really? It will be interesting to see how excited current shareholders are about that given they are trading at $24.11.
I know one shareholder who is not very excited. Now we start the pool on what law firm will be first with a class action.
Hmm, article says 45% of shares owned by private equity, management etc have already okayed deal. Just 2 days into the tranche, I may sell and buy a new stock and take a haircut.
